To make setting up and managing user permissions even easier, we have introduced a new feature: You can now assign global roles directly to users. These global roles allow you to quickly and easily grant essential permissions without needing to customize roles individually every time.

The following global roles are now available:

• Cashier: Permissions for managing transactions and cash processes.

• Warehouse Manager: Responsible for organizing and managing inventory.

• Inventory Assistant: Supports inventory checks and stocktaking.

• Warehouse Staff: Handles general warehouse tasks, including goods receipt and dispatch.

• Sales & Support: Manages customer inquiries and sales processes.

• Product Information Manager: Responsible for maintaining and managing product information.

By assigning these roles to users, they will automatically receive the necessary permissions based on the role description.

Global Roles as Templates for Custom Roles

In addition to using global roles directly, you can now use them as templates to create new custom roles. This makes it faster and easier to tailor roles to your specific needs while building upon the predefined global roles. With this update, managing user permissions is now even more flexible and efficient!
