From now on, groups are available for the Messenger. This allows you to edit types and statuses separately, for example for individual marketplaces. With a click on the respective group, you can switch back and forth between the different groups in the Messenger.

By default, the groups All and General are available in your system.

You can create the groups and their respective types and statuses in the Setup » CRM » Messenger » Groups, types and statuses menu.

In the Messenger configuration assistant in the Settings for receiving emails step, select the groups, types and statuses that will be assigned to new conversations in this inbox. You can find the assistant in the Setup » CRM » Messenger » Inboxes menu.

Outlook

This new feature is in preparation for the migration from the ticket system. The eBay integration is planned as the next step. Integration of other marketplaces is also planned at a later date.
