Released: "Order Again" via plentyShop PWA

We are pleased to announce the release of the "Order Again" feature for plentyShop PWA, designed to enhance the shopping experience for your customers and streamline the reordering process.

What is Order Again?

The "Order Again" feature allows customers to effortlessly repeat a previous order with just a few clicks, whether they are registered users or guest shoppers. This functionality can be accessed through the customer's MyAccount order history or directly from the order confirmation page of a previous purchase, making it a valuable tool for returning customers.

Key Benefits for Your Business

Enhanced Customer Experience:

  • Registered Users: Customers with a MyAccount can quickly reorder items from their order history without needing to search for and add products individually. This convenience can drive repeat business and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Guest Users: Even customers who haven’t registered an account can "Order Again" directly from their order confirmation page, ensuring that the ease of reordering is available to all.

Informed Reordering Process:
When a customer chooses to reorder, they are presented with a dialog that provides crucial updates regarding their previous order. This dialog informs them of any changes in:

  • Product Variants: Customers are notified if specific variants, such as color or size, are no longer available.

  • Product Availability: If the desired quantity is no longer in stock.

  • Price Changes: Any adjustments in pricing since the original order are highlighted, allowing customers to make informed purchasing decisions.

By keeping customers informed, we reduce potential customer service inquiries regarding order discrepancies.
