We’re excited to announce a new feature that makes managing your invoicing process for the BOL marketplace much easier. You can now upload invoices directly to BOL using a Flow action in PlentyONE.

This means you no longer have to handle invoice uploads manually. With the new Flow action, your PlentyONE system will take care of the process for you — saving you valuable time, ensuring compliance with BOL requirements, and keeping your order statuses up to date.

Here’s a breakdown of what the feature does for you:

• Flow action setup: Use the new “Upload invoices” action in Flow to define exactly when invoices should be uploaded.

• Asynchronous processing: Uploads are handled asynchronously, ensuring smooth performance in PlentyONE.

• Order status updates: Once BOL processes the invoice, the order status in PlentyONE will update automatically. You decide in the Assistant which statuses apply for successful and failed uploads.

• Error handling: If a shipment confirmation is missing or an invoice is not available, the system stops the process and records a detailed error log. Other upload errors are also transparently logged.

• Full transparency: All results are documented in the Flow history and logs so you can easily track successful and failed uploads.
