The latest announcements and our product roadmap.
We are happy to introduce the latest update for plentyShop PWA - Version 1.5
With this update, we mainly focused on increasing the maintainability of plentyShop PWA by upgrading to the latest nuxt version and making our SDK compatible with the new @vue-storefront/nuxt middleware module. This will make it easier and more straight forward for developers, internal and external, to work with plentyShop PWA.
Developers that currently use an older version and want to update to this version should take a look at the changelog and follow the migration guide to ensure the necessary changes are made.
We also used the time to tidy up the codebase and update our dependencies to ensure stable and reliable operations moving forward.
With the new "Buy Again" feature in plentyShop PWA, customers can conveniently reorder previous purchases from their "My Account" and order confirmation page. A dialogue informs them if there were changes since they last ordered to give them all the information they need.
Variation properties are now automatically displayed during the order process or on the item page if visibility on the properties is set accordingly. This gives you more control over the information you want to present for each item.
Additionally, this update provides a lot of smaller usability improvements, bug fixes and general changes to provide a better experience to the users.
The next version will focus mainly on improving the performance, improve on existing functionality and finally conclude the development of the conversion-optimized checkout. The current PayPal Integration will also get a couple of new features. You can find a detailed outlook on our roadmap.

We appreciate your continued support and enthusiasm for plentyShop PWA.
