The latest announcements and our product roadmap.
As part of our commitment to implement continuous improvements and additional features, we are going to deactivate the fallback option for the system login, which allowed users to log in with an old login interface.
To ensure the highest level of security and offer you the best possible user experience, we're discontinuing the temporary fallback login option. This workaround solution, based on outdated technology, lacks essential features like multi-factor authentication and does not comply with our standards for security.
To ensure a smooth transition, the deactivation of the fallback login is scheduled as follows:
June 4, 2025: Deactivation of login in all Beta systems
June 11, 2025: Deactivation of login in all Early systems
June 18, 2025: Deactivation of login in all Stable systems
Our centralized login at account.plentysystems.com offers numerous advantages:
Increased Security: Multi-factor authentication protects your account with an extra layer of security.
Simplified Access: Log in with your email address for easy access.
Unified Experience: Access multiple PlentyONE systems with a single login.
If you're still using the fallback login, we encourage you to switch to the centralized login system today! Simply head to the sign up page, put in your email address and password and subsequently confirm from your inbox.
For more information on the centralized login, please refer to our manual.
Edit: This announcement has been adjusted after publication. Please note, that the EOL concerns solely the old login interface, not the login with PID, user name and password. We apologize for the miscommunication!
