Released: Automatic Import of Active OBI Marketplace Offers
We're excited to announce a new feature that will significantly streamline your workflow for the OBI marketplace. You can now automatically import active SKUs from OBI directly into your PlentyONE system, creating them as offer listings in the Sales Channels menu.
This means you no longer need to manually create listings for offers that are already live on OBI. Our new feature handles the entire process for you, saving you valuable time and ensuring your offer data is consistent and accurate.
This update is now live in your PlentyONE system.
An overview of the benefits
Here’s a breakdown of what the feature does for you:
EAN matching: The system automatically matches your active OBI listings with existing PlentyONE variations using the EAN.
Offer listing creation: It creates offer listings for your products directly in PlentyONE.
Automatic catalogue linking: If an exact catalogue match exists, it automatically links the offer to the correct catalogue.
Transparent error logging: In cases where an import isn’t possible (e.g., a missing EAN, multiple matches, or no catalogue), a detailed error report is generated as a CSV file, giving you a clear overview of any issues.
The key benefits for you are less manual work, more consistent offer data, and easy error handling. This new feature frees you from time-consuming manual tasks, allowing you to focus on growing your business.
Importing offers
Active SKUs can be imported in just a few steps:
Open the menu Sales Channels » Accounts.
Open the account for OBI.
In the listings area, click on 'IMPORT'
