With this new feature, you can now provide essential product safety details, such as manufacturer information, EU Responsible Person (EURP) details, hazard information and product safety information directly in your eBay listings.

With GPSR, you now need to provide specific information about product safety, ensuring that potential buyers have access to comprehensive details before making a purchase decision. This feature streamlines compliance, helping you stay legally compliant without adding to your workload.

This feature allows you to manage all necessary safety information within PlentyONE, eliminating the need for separate data entries on eBay. Once you update a listing, the data is automatically transferred, simplifying your workflow.

New Feature Details

• Manufacturer and EU Responsible Person (EURP) Details: These details are sourced from the manufacturer data within PlentyONE and transferred to eBay upon listing creation or update. Ensure a manufacturer is assigned to each item and that all fields are complete under Setup » Item » Manufacturers.

  Important: Update existing active listings with the “Item details” option to apply this new information.

• Hazard and Product Safety Information: For certain categories, hazard and product safety information is required. You can now manage these fields within the “Marketplace” tab of each market listing.
