Your feature requests in the form of ideas, along with your feedback, are a central part of the ongoing development of our software. With PlentyONE, we aim to address your everyday challenges. To use this input in a more structured way going forward, we have introduced a new, clear process for submitting, qualifying, and processing these ideas.

A new process to optimally channel your input

With the closure of the previous forum, the old place for exchanging ideas for new features and improvement suggestions will no longer be available. Our new ticket system is intended exclusively for support requests – and is not the right place to submit ideas. This ensures that our support team can fully concentrate on handling technical inquiries.

From now on, you have several options to submit your ideas quickly and in a targeted way:

• Product Information Hub: Submit your idea directly on the dedicated page and rate how important the topic is to you.

• Feedback function in the backend: Use the integrated widget in the software (speaker icon in the main navigation) to send us feedback or ideas directly from within the system.

• Direct exchange: When talking to our Support or Account Management teams, you are welcome to share your ideas. Our colleagues can then take care of submitting your suggestion.

Qualification and public voting

From now on, your suggestion will go directly to the responsible product team. There, it will be reviewed, assessed, and – if considered valuable for a wider customer base – included in product planning. Depending on the topic and area, this may take a few days, as we carefully evaluate each idea in the context of our product strategy for feasibility and viability.

If considered both feasible and valuable, ideas will appear on the new "Ideas" tab of the Product Information Hub. Other users will then have the opportunity to vote for your idea and add further input. This helps us identify which topics generate the most interest and allows us to find suitable users for follow-up questions.

Please note: Also, a high number of votes does not automatically mean an idea will be implemented. Product decisions always follow an overarching strategy and the goal of creating the greatest possible benefit for all customers. However, voting helps us significantly in prioritization. When submitting your idea, please ensure it is very clear what challenge you are facing. Only if our product team clearly understands how we can make your life easier will an idea make it onto the board – and from there into an actual piece of PlentyONE product functionality.
