We would like to inform you that as part of our ongoing effort to strengthen our focus on innovation and feature enhancement, we have made the decision to end maintenance for the item characteristics. We will stop maintaining this feature on February 1st, 2025.

We are discontinuing the further development and modification of the item characteristics, as the variation properties offer a more established and efficient alternative that can be universally applied across sales channels.

A specific EOL date will be determined and announced well in advance. All customers who have maintained characteristics will be notified about a migration of these characteristics to properties. The migration will be carried out per PID (Plenty ID) over a defined period.
