As we transition to the new Amazon catalogues, we distinguish between two types of data:

• Product Data, e.g. title, brand, bullet points or technical specifications – these are linked to the ASIN and apply to the product itself
  → Transmitted via Product Type Catalogues

• Offer Data, e.g. price, stock levels, delivery time or item condition – these relate to your individual seller offer
  → Transmitted via Offer Catalogues

Both catalogue types are already available under Data » Catalogues.

This change lays the foundation for a modern, clearly structured, and efficiently maintainable data transfer – offering significantly more transparency and flexibility.

• Your feedback continuously helps improve the catalogue and documentation

New Deadlines for Migration of Offer Catalogues -

06/07/2025 -  New offers can only be created via the Offer Catalogue.
Note: Existing offers can still be maintained via the old workflow for a limited time.

15/07/2025 - Development stops for price and stock updates without the Offer Catalogue.

15/10/2025 - Complete deactivation of price and stock updates without the catalogue.

Separate guidance will follow for sellers using PlentyONE solely for price and stock updates.

• Your feedback supports ongoing improvements.

Important

• The new catalogues do not support characteristics or free text fields

• Migration to properties is required
  → Keep an eye on the Roadmap
