We have announced the EOL of the old email templates here. The shutdown has begun for beta and early systems. What's new is that we are gradually phasing out stable in four stages:

• Wednesday, 12 June 2024 stable PIDs >= 50000 

• Wednesday, 19 June 2024 stable PIDs >= 25000 

• Wednesday, 26 June 2024 stable PIDs >= 10000 

• Wednesday, 03 July 2024 ALL

This staggering allows you to better prepare for the changeover. The shutdowns will take place weekly, with the newest systems being converted first. Merchants who have been with plentymarkets for some time and have extensively configured old email templates will be given a little more time for the changeover.

We have taken your feedback seriously and know that you need more time for the conversion than originally assumed. Therefore, we would like to give you more time to complete this process.

You can track the exact switch-off dates using your plentyID. Older contract customers will therefore be given additional time to adapt their long-standing processes and automations.

We know that change can be challenging and we want to make the transition as smooth as possible. Our support team will be on hand to help you with any questions or issues throughout the transition.
