We would like to inform you about an important development regarding our support. After careful consideration and evaluation, we have decided to end our cooperation with Userlike. This decision is based on various factors, which we would like to explain below:

Reason for parting ways with Userlike

The collaboration has intensified with each project phase and over the course of this it has become clear that Userlike is pursuing a different path with their concept than we are.

External and internal feedback on Userlike

Both the external and internal feedback on Userlike showed us that the tool did not achieve the expected results and did not meet the requirements of our community.

End of the Userlike beta

The Userlike beta will therefore end on 24.04.2024. We would like to thank all participants for their commitment and feedback during this phase. The feedback collected will guide the implementation of a new solution. We are maintaining our focus on providing a new support tool that improves our customer experience and meets our requirements. In doing so, we want to place a clear focus on AI-powered support.
