We have added version selection to the DocumentBuilder. This allows you to better control updates to the product while ensuring that your current document templates remain untouched. This makes it easier for us to incorporate updates without changing your existing templates.

The version selection can be found under Setup » Documents » Settings.

• For Document Preview: Here you can test upcoming versions before they are applied. This allows you to carefully check how changes could affect your existing templates and prevent structural or layout changes to the documents already in use.

• For Document Generation: You have the flexibility to choose when to switch to a new version for document generation. Beta and Early systems are set to Version 1.1, while Stable systems remain on Version 1.0, the current stable version of the DocumentBuilder.

• Encouraged Adoption: Version 1.1 introduces a change in rendering font sizes of the inline text editor from PX to PT. While you have the freedom to select versions for preview or generation, we recommend timely adoption of the latest version. This ensures users benefit from performance optimizations and access to new features and fixes post-testing and adaptation.

• Note for New Systems: New systems will always be delivered with the latest available version by default.
