We have been informed by our partners that the marketplace solution Mirakl has scheduled a maintenance. This means that the interfaces of marketplaces running on this solution will be unavailable during the following timeframes:

• Conrad | 12/02/2025 - 02:00 - 03:00 am

• Voelkner | 12/02/2025 - 02:00 - 03:00 am

• Decathlon | 12/02/2025 - 02:00 - 03:00 am

• MediaMarktSaturn | 13/02/2025 - 02:00 - 03:00 am

Orders created during that timeframe will be imported as soon as the API is available again. Product and offer exports which are generated on a daily basis and that are transmitted during that timeframe will not reach the marketplace. In that case the product and offer exports will be transmitted successfully again the following day.
