For all users logging in with PID, username and password, we have introduced an interesting new feature: From now on, it is possible to log in to all other PlentyONE services with these credentials, in the same way as when logging into your PlentyONE system.

Universal access to our services

This change allows you to log in to the following applications even without a combination of email address and password:

• Product Information Hub: From now on you can log in directly to our Product Information Hub with your PID, username and password. Stay informed about the latest features and updates - easily and centrally in one place.

• Zendesk support portal (coming soon): For the new support portal running on Zendesk, it will also be possible to log in with all existing combinations of login data in future, so that no additional access information will be required here either.

Additionally, we are working on an integration into the Messenger allowing all incoming messages to your system address to be viewed in the Messenger, making them available directly in your PlentyONE system. We will inform you separately about the go-live of this feature.

These changes constitute an important step towards an even more efficient and user-friendly experience for you.
