The groups 3 available for the Messenger have been extended by the eBay group.

Activate the eBay group in the Setup » CRM » Messenger » Groups, types and statuses menu so that it is visible in Messenger.

The new menu item Setup » CRM » Messenger » Marketplaces » eBay has been added. Decide here whether the eBay messages should be retrieved automatically and whether the messages should be marked as read. The eBay messages are then imported directly into the Messenger.
Also select a message type and a message status in this menu. These parameters are then automatically assigned to the eBay messages.

You can then reply to the eBay messages via the Messenger. The message will then reach your customers via eBay’s messaging system.
