The integration with the newsletter provider CleverReach is currently only used by a small number of users. The integration has not been available to new customers for a long time. We have decided to gradually remove this feature from the PlentyONE menu Setup » CRM » Newsletter » CleverReach for all existing customers as well.

This decision is based on the fact that we were unable to reach an agreement with CleverReach on joint development and technical support to continue to ensure seamless and future-proof functionality.

If you currently use CleverReach, we recommend that you use our partner plugins for sending newsletters in future. These offer a modern and reliable alternative:

• Brevo - Plugin on the Marketplace

• Newsletter2Go - Plugin on the Marketplace

The CleverReach interface will be deactivated on the following dates:

• 1 October 2025 in beta

• 10 August 2025 in early

• 15 October 2025 in stable
