We are pleased to announce that our integration to the voelkner marketplace has been successfully completed, and the beta phase has ended. You can now use this connection and expand your business.

On the other hand, this means that our voelkner plugin is obsolete and will therefore be officially shut down on January 31, 2025.

Easy switch to the new, native integration

The plugin connection will remain functional until 31/01/2025. In order to benefit from the familiar advantages of voelkner such as fast delivery times and secure payment processing beyond this date, we recommend switching to the native integration as soon as possible.

Important notes on the switch

Please note that your listings at voelkner will remain active and can be updated in terms of stock and prices using the offer catalog. To do so, you need to create a new offer catalog and trigger the SKU migration in the new settings UI. Without the SKU, the new offer catalog will not apply to the existing listings.

A new item catalog will only be required for the data exchange of item information. Even if numerous item catalogs are in place, it is therefore already possible to carry out the changeover with one product catalog first and then update the other item catalogs. 

The plugin can remain active until a new catalog has been created. Using the preview function, you can first verify the export data, activate the catalog and only then deactivate the plugin.
