We're thrilled to introduce 'Functions,' a brand-new feature designed to empower you with flexibility and efficiency in transforming your product data using simple formulas. This streamlines your data preparation workflows, especially when optimizing for various marketplaces.
Formula-based data transformation
Functions allow you to manipulate your existing data in order to fulfil specific requests. For example you can:
All this happens on a user-friendly & dedicated user interface, where you can create and save the functions you need, which will then be used in the import/export process.
Please note that the availability of the 'Functions' feature is currently being evaluated. Due to the computing resources required to power its capabilities and its specific relevance to certain user needs, it will be accessible on selected PlentyONE plans.
Search for participants in test phase
Before we officially release Functions, we want to make sure everything works smoothly in real-world use – and here's where you come in!
We’re looking for dedicated users on our Enterprise plans ['Enterprise' / 'plentyONE'], who would like to test Functions in advance. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us identify bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement early on.
Here’s how it works:
Let us know if you would like to join the test.
You will receive login credentials for a separate test system.
You will have a few days to try out the new feature.
Afterward, you can share your feedback with us – what worked well, what didn’t, and what might be missing.
If you are interested in joining the testing, please leave feedback on this announcement or refer to our forum post – we will get in touch with the next steps.
Thank you for supporting the further development of PlentyONE.
Edit: We are delighted about your keen interest in 'Functions'! As we have reached the capacities for the testing phase, we can no longer accept registrations. Thanks for your understanding!
