On the 30th September 2024 the support of Gravatar will be discontinued. If you use Gravatar to display your profile picture in plentysystems, you won’t be able to do so as of October 1st, 2024.

This means that as of the 1st October 2024 you can only upload and edit profile pictures in your plentysystems account in the Account settings » Account menu. The uploaded picture is set for all PIDs your plentysystems account is connected to. This is available to all users.

Simply click on Upload profile picture (plus icon) to upload your profile picture. If needed, you can edit the picture by zooming in and out or moving the picture within the image section.
