We would like to inform you that the support and management of mailbox.org mailboxes through plentysystems AG will be discontinued. From now on, we offer you the option to transfer the management and payment directly to mailbox.org. Your contract details will change as a result, but no additional costs will arise, and mailbox.org will send you new login details for managing the mailboxes to the email address provided in the form. The login details for each account (sending/receiving) will remain the same.

The shutdown of mailbox.org account management will take place in two stages:

• [10/10/2024]: Activation of a notification, along with the form regarding the upcoming contract change (Stage 1)

• [31/03/2025]: Deactivation of mailbox.org account management via plentysystems AG (Stage 2)

After 31/03/2025, it will no longer be possible to create or manage mailboxes through plentysystems AG. Due to the associated administrative effort and additional communication via the external service provider mailbox.org, we have decided to migrate the management directly to mailbox.org.

To complete the contract change, the system administrator must fill out the form that will be displayed upon logging into the system. Alternatively, you always have the option to appoint another service provider for email sending.
