At the same time, we know how important reliability and planning security are for you. Even though the adoption of the new shop is picking up speed, we recognize the need of existing users to get familiar with the new shop at their own pace and to carefully prepare for the transition.

That’s why we are extending Long-Term Support for plentyShop LTS by another 6 months until Q3 2026.

With this, we want to give you the necessary time to plan the transition well and implement it successfully.

We are excited to take this path together with you. This means we will continue to provide support via the ticket system, fulfill legal requirements, and fix critical errors.

Here's what happens after the Long-Term Support ends in Q3 2026

By the end of the Long-Term Support period in the third quarter of 2026, we will have decided whether the LTS period will be extended further or whether plentyShop LTS will move into maintenance mode. Regardless of our decision, we will inform you well in advance.

Maintenance mode means that we will continue to fix critical errors, but will no longer make any other changes.

Should we consider an EOL (End of Life) for plentyShop LTS at a later date, we will announce it several months in advance through all channels, ensuring that you can transition in a timely manner.

This approach ensures that we can fully focus on the further development of the shop while still guaranteeing the smoothest possible use of your plentyShop LTS.
