We want to keep you in the loop: As part of our continued development of PlentyONE, we’ve introduced a new pricing edition for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Alongside Lite, Lite+ and Expand, new customers can now also choose Scale – a new option designed for growing merchants, brands and manufacturers with more advanced requirements in terms of omnichannel setup, customisation, business intelligence and service level.
What does this mean for you as an existing customer?
Nothing changes for you.
The new edition is currently available exclusively for new PlentyONE customers. Your existing contract remains unchanged, you continue using PlentyONE as usual and there is no automatic migration or need for action.
Of course, we’ll inform you proactively once there’s an option to switch voluntarily to one of the new editions — should you wish to explore that in the future.
Why Scale?
The Scale edition complements our existing SMB pricing structure and offers an additional option for businesses looking to level up their system architecture, BI tools and support needs. It also provides extended omnichannel potential – building on our “pay-for-what-you-get-and-use” pricing approach, with transparent feature bundles and clear billing logic.

Not at this point. All existing contracts remain valid. We’ll notify you as soon as any migration paths become available.
