All retailers and brands interested in participating in the XXXLutz marketplace must fulfil the following requirements, among others:

• registered office, dispatch of goods and bank account within the European Union

• German VAT number or participation in the OSS procedure of the European Union

• Availability of EAN codes for all products offered

• German-speaking customer service

• Obligation to grant the end customer a 30-day right of return free of charge
