Released: Introducing Custom Table Config Defaults via MyView

We are excited to announce a new feature designed to streamline your administrative tasks related to table configurations.

In response to user feedback, we've implemented the ability for Administrators (and other authorised users respectively) to specify and distribute customised table configuration defaults via my-view.

Through this, organisations are provided with the flexibility to meet the unique requirements of their organisational processes and improve the onboarding experience of new users in my-view based UIs - users will be presented with tables displayed in a consistent format that already aligns with their procedural needs.
Note however, that any user preference setting will still take precedence over the custom defaults supplied via my-view, ensuring that users can still adjust the defaults to their specific, personal needs.

This feature is planned to become the new standard in all my-views and has already been rolled out to several existing ones. To check it out today, navigate to CRM » Contacts, select a contact, enter the my-view's edit mode and edit the "Addresses" table element. You'll see options to either apply your own individual table configuration as a default for that particular view, or customise it to your needs using the table's usual customisation options directly in my-view's edit mode.
