Please register with a team e-mail address in the GLS developer portal.
After registering, open the menu item ‘{your email address}/Apps’. There you click on ‘+ NEW APP’, define an app name and click on ‘Enable’ or “Request” for ‘Authentication API v2’, ‘Customs API v3’ and ‘Shop Returns Customer Plus API v3’ and click on ‘SAVE’.
Then please contact your GLS contact person and tell them that you want to use GLS via PlentyONE and need access authorisations for the GLS ShipIT Farm API, CustomsAPI and the Shop Returns Customer Plus API. When writing GLS, please state your team email address and the App ID generated in the developer portal.
GLS is working on making access easier and faster in the future. Until then, please be patient during the approval process. The Customs API and the Shop Returns API only need to be requested if customs or returns parcels are being sent.
Take advantage of early access to the new integration, share your insights, and help us make the final release even better!
