We are pleased to announce that the closed beta phase of our new Conrad integration has officially started! This important update brings a variety of features and improvements aimed at optimizing the efficiency of your business processes.

Functionalities tested in the beta phase

• Standardized process: An intuitive and user-friendly interface that simplifies the ordering process.

• Real-time data: Receive up-to-date information on availability, prices and delivery times directly from Conrad.

Procedure and participation process

Together with Conrad, we decided to proceed in two phases:

(1) a closed beta phase with selected, already active Conrad merchants, followed by (2) an open beta phase in which all interested sellers can actively participate.

In the closed beta phase that has just started, selected retailers will initially test the new development. The aim is to ensure the quality and stability of the new development before it is made available to a wider user base. However, based on our experience with the voelkner migration that has already been completed, we expect little need for adjustment, so that the closed beta phase will very quickly turn into an open beta phase.

As soon as the second phase of the beta is launched, you can simply follow our published instructions and contact our ACSM for feedback. They will then activate you for the forum area.
