Temu: First Iteration of New Integration Reaches Open Beta

We’re excited to announce that our Temu Integration has entered open beta and is ready for you to test-drive in your own PlentyONE system.

Here's what's included

With this open beta, you can now enjoy:

  • Order import: All orders placed on Temu now flow directly into Plenty in near-real-time.

  • Order management: Process and update Temu orders entirely within your familiar PlentyONE workflows—no extra tabs or manual data transfers required.

  • Fulfillment / Shipping Confirmations & Partial Shipping: Fulfill and ship your Temu orders directly from PlentyONE.

  • Temu Direct Checkout: Accept and process transaction through the proprietary payment method

  • Order cancellations: you can import and map your cancelled orders directly in PlentyONE

Getting started on Temu

  1. Register with TEMU - If you are not yet registered with TEMU, you must do so first to join the beta. You must contact Temu directly at the following link to register.

    If you have any questions, you can also contact the Temu sales team in Germany directly: eu-seller@temu.com - Once registered you will receive an API token from TEMU (visible in your TEMU Seller Central) 

  2. Add Token in PlentyONE Go to Setup ➜ Markets ➜ TEMU ➜ Settings ➜ Add Account & Enter your API Token

What we’d love to hear from you

  • Feedback: Report anything via the Product Information Hub or the Community Space on our Service Desk so we can polish the final release.

  • Feature wishes: Tell us which functions should land next by submitting requests through the same channels.

Outlook

This beta marks a significant step, though it does not yet include the full scope of the integration. Our next iteration will focus on product and offer listing and management, aiming for a complete TEMU integration within PlentyONE.
