Callback URLs are now displayed in the account settings for eMAG. These are callback URLs for order cancellations, returns and product documentation. You can find the URLs under Setup»Markets»eMAG»Settings»[Account]»Configuration .

You can store these URLs in your eMAG backend. You can find the corresponding setting in the eMAG backend under My account»Profile»Technical Details.

The callback URLs are used to transfer certain information from eMAG to plentymarkets.
If you store the callback URLs in your eMAG backend, order cancellations, returns and the PNKs are sent directly from eMAG to your system as soon as the information is available to the marketplace. As this happens at the same time, order cancellations, returns and the request for the PNKs of your items will appear directly in your system. If the callback URLs are not stored in the eMAG backend, this information will be retrieved via Crons.
