Please update your PlentyONE app in Shopify by May 1, 2025, to ensure that your products continue to be published automatically in your online store.

If the required permission is not granted in time, newly exported products will no longer be published automatically in your shop – meaning they will not be visible to your customers.

What do you need to do?

Go to Apps > PlentyONE in your Shopify backend. You will see a notification screen:

Simply click the black button to grant the new permission. That’s all.

Why is this necessary?

Shopify is updating its API, which affects how products are published in the online store. For this, it requires information in a new format, which needs additional permissions.

To ensure a smooth transition, we kindly ask you to grant the required permission by May 1, 2025 .

Note: If you get logged out of the PlentyONE app after the update, your connections and configurations will remain intact. You can simply log back in using your PlentyID, username, and password.
