Released: MyView Options Moved to Page Header

We’re excited to share an important usability improvement: MyView options have moved to the page header. This adjustment gives the feature a clearer place in the software hierarchy, improves accessibility, and creates more space for your daily work.

Until now, myView options were integrated into the tabbar, which limited the number of tabs users could see at once. By relocating myView into the page header, we’ve freed valuable space in the tabbar—so when you work with multiple open tabs, you can now see more at a glance without unnecessary scrolling. At the same time, the feature now sits in the right functional context: within the content of the UI, where it directly relates to your data and workflows.

What’s new and why it matters

  • Easier access and better hierarchy: The myView menu is now integrated into the page header, where it’s more visible and aligned with the core content you’re working on.

  • Space-saving design: By removing myView from the tabbar, you gain more room to work with multiple tabs simultaneously—improving your overview and efficiency.

  • Smarter view management: Each saved view in the menu now comes with a context menu offering actions:

    • Edit an existing view

    • Set as default to streamline your workflow

    • Duplicate for quick variations

    • Download to share views with your colleagues

    • Delete when a view is no longer needed

  • Expanded creation options: Besides managing existing views, you can create a new view directly from the menu or upload a saved view from your computer.

Here's how you benefit

This redesign focuses on making MyView more accessible, practical, and integrated. Switching between views is now faster and more intuitive, view management is available directly where you need it, and your workspace is more efficient thanks to a tidier tab bar.
