The latest announcements and our product roadmap.
The core integration to the Conrad marketplace has already been made available in an open beta version, so you can already use it and tap into the B2B marketplace. This new integration replaces the existing Conrad plugin, which is why we are hereby announcing its End-of-Support (EOS) for 01/03/2025 and declare the End-of-Life (EOL) on 01/04/2025.
With the end-of-support status on 01/03/2025, no new features or regular updates will be provided for the Conrad plugin. However, critical processes such as stock and price synchronisation will continue to be supported if required. For support requests, you will be referred to the new core integration, and we will be happy to assist you with the migration.
When the end-of-life is reached on 01/04/2025, the plugin will no longer be supported by us. This means that no more code adjustments will be made, not even for critical processes, and all support for the plugin will end.
The new core integration offers numerous benefits, including
Refurbished: Supports refurbished products, creating additional sales opportunities
Manual item export and order import: The ability to manually export items and import orders creates flexibility and control
Linking multiple accounts: Easy management of multiple accounts in one centralised platform
Automatic updates: No more manual updates, eliminating manual effort and always using the latest version
Dedicated UI for setup: User-friendly and customised interface for setting up and managing the platform
Dedicated offer catalogue: Central control of all offers via a dedicated catalogue, improving efficiency and clarity.
Better performance and scalability: Higher speed and availability, even with increasing requirements and growing data volumes.
Please note that your listings at Conrad will remain active and can be updated in terms of stock and prices using an offer catalogue. To do this, a new offer catalogue must be created, and the SKU migration must be initiated in the new Settings UI. A new article catalogue is only required for the data exchange of article information. Even if numerous item catalogues are in use, it is therefore already possible to carry out the changeover with one offer catalogue first and then migrate the other catalogues.
The plugin can remain active until a new catalogue has been created. Using the preview function, you can first verify the export data, activate the catalogue and only then deactivate the plugin. To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend that you switch to the new solution soon.
If you have any questions or technical problems, please contact our support team in the forum or the Conrad Marketplace team at any time. You can find more information about the start in the manual.
