In the beginning of March 2024, we will remove the service units functionality for existing customers from the Setup » CRM » Service units menu. In the past, the service units were used for internal billing purposes, have technical dependencies towards old components and are currently being used only by a small number of sellers.

The service units will be removed from all beta, early and stable systems on 6 March 2024.
