Key Details of the New Document Upload Feature

1. Document Upload via Properties:
   To link documents to your eBay listings, you need to create properties at the variation level and upload documents as values. This allows precise and flexible management of product safety information.

2. Asynchronous Upload Process:

   • Document uploads are processed in the background at eBay.

   • When creating a new listing or revising an existing one, the upload will not happen immediately. Instead, the listing will display a warning in the market listing to indicate that the document upload is pending.

   • Once the upload is successfully completed, the listing will be automatically started or revised with the linked documents.

3. Automatic Integration:
   Uploaded documents are seamlessly linked to your eBay listings, ensuring all necessary information is available to buyers without additional manual effort.

The Action Required for Setup

• Set up Properties: Define the required properties for documents at the variation level within PlentyONE.

• Upload Documents: Assign the appropriate documents to the created properties.

• Monitor Pending Uploads: Check the market listing for upload status and warnings during the asynchronous process.

This enhancement eliminates the need for manual document uploads on eBay and ensures your listings remain compliant with GPSR regulations.
