At Zalando, you can only transfer GPSR attributes at item level for items that went live on or after 13 December. For items created before 13 December 2024, the item-level attributes cannot be updated retroactively by you or the Zalando Partner Care Team.

If you would like to update or add GPSR data for items that went live on or after 13 December 2024, the Zalando Partner Care Team will help you via their support form. From 13 December 2024, you will be able to add or update partner/brand contact details for each brand via zDirect. You will be notified by Zalando as soon as the feature is released.

Submitting item-level data

Option 1: Direct data upload in zDirect

Option 2: Upload through the PlentyONE-Zalando-interface

To transfer the attributes at product level via your system, you have to:

1. Convert silhouettes to characteristics

2. Add the new characteristics to your items

3. Enter the data for the new characteristics on the items

Note: Only do this for silhouettes and associated products that you want to upload to Zalando. The maintenance of new data on products that have already been successfully created on Zalando has no influence whatsoever. For existing products, Zalado ignores all updates to the item data when the item data is newly submitted.
