As part of our long-term product strategy, we’re now introducing a new pricing model tailored to different business stages. As already announced during the launch of PlentyONE last year, this step marks the rollout of transparent editions designed to bring more accessibility and orientation to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) looking for a fast, self-service start.

Alongside our enterprise plan Ultimate, we’re now launching three dedicated pricing editions for SMBs — Light, Light+, and Expand. These new options differ in terms of core features, extended functionality, and pricing of course and are now publicly available on our website. 

Important note: These new pricing editions are currently targeted exclusively at new customers. Existing contracts remain unchanged.

This is not a sales prompt — it’s a transparent update to keep you informed. These new editions are an important addition to our offering. We’re initially focusing on new customers, while continuing to provide a stable and reliable experience for existing PlentySellers. Migration options will follow in a later phase and be communicated separately.

Q: Can existing customers switch to the new pricing model? A: Not at this time. Existing contracts remain unchanged. Migration options will follow and be communicated separately.

Q: I need more performance or want to adjust my current contract. What should I do? A: Please reach out to your Account Manager or contact sales@plentyone.com. We’re happy to advise you individually.
