We have released the "Stock" dashboard, a Business Intelligence tool designed to provide a comprehensive overview of your inventory's performance. This update introduces a dedicated view that complements existing item-level data, allowing you to analyse stock metrics across your entire catalogue or broken down by specific warehouses.

Actionable Insights on Stock Levels

The dashboard visualises key metrics such as total stock value and item variations, but its primary strength lies in its actionable data. By utilising the "Stock days" metric, the system calculates exactly how long your current inventory will last based on sales velocity. You can now instantly identify "At risk items" that require immediate reordering to prevent lost sales, as well as "Overstocked items" that tie up capital unnecessarily.

Streamlining Reorders

This enhancement simplifies your workflow by highlighting urgent tasks immediately. Rather than navigating through extensive item lists to find outliers, you can rely on specific widgets like "Last reorder" and "At risk items" to surface critical information first, enabling faster decision-making and more efficient warehouse planning.

Accessing the Dashboard

To start optimising your stock levels, navigate to the Dashboard menu and select "Stock" from the available dashboard options.
