We’re happy to announce new additions to the feature set to the PlentyONE Shop!

Webshop offers

With webshop offers, you are able to let your customers review and accept order of type offer directly in your PlentyONE Shop. You’re able to send your customers a link to the offer, for example via email, which opens it up in a page, very similar to the checkout page of your webshop.

The customers can then review the information in your shop and accept it or give feedback if there is any reason not to.

Webshop offers can help you streamline the offers processing and reduce friction for your customers.

We’ve also introduced a new, intuitive way for customers to engage with the highlight of every item page: the image gallery. By simply hovering over an image, customers can zoom in to explore product details up close. On mobile devices, this feature works seamlessly with double-tap or pinch-to-zoom gestures.

Shifting resources

With these additions, we postpone further development of additional upselling features, to focus our attention on the development of our App Management and Frontend Editor initiatives.

We will revisit push notifications, back in stock notifications, social sign-on (SSO) and other features, in a future development cycle.
