We are pleased to inform you that we have launched the integration for the marketplace ABOUT YOU (Germany and Austria) into a closed beta.

With this connection, we create the foundation for connecting to ABOUT YOU’s new Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketplace model within one central integration. Sellers can now manage their processes efficiently and consistently under this model.

Please note: Besides the D2C Model, ABOUT YOU is offering as well a Dropshipping and Wholesale Model. This is not part of the integration. 

At the beginning, ABOUT YOU is offering in the D2C Model access to Germany and Austria only. More Countries will follow later.

• Centralized offer updates (price and inventory)

• Efficient order processing and management

• Integrated returns and cancellations handling

• Streamlined shipping management

Please note: The creation of products directly from PlentyONE will follow in the MVP 2! 

The next steps

The closed beta is now running, and we are collecting valuable feedback to make the integration even more robust and scalable. As soon as the integration reaches a certain level of maturity, we will announce the open beta phase and you can also use the integration.

In parallel we are working on the integration of the product interface and will roll out this in the MVP 2. 

If you are already interested in selling on ABOUT YOU in the D2C Model and participating in the integration test, please first contact the channel directly at ABOUT YOU. There you can get more information about the marketplace model as well. After the contract finalisation and approval, the integration will be activated in your system.
