We are pleased to inform you that as part of a new feature set for plentyShop PWA, we plan to implement a way for sellers to send offers to customers that can then be viewed and processed via the webshop.

The current workflow involves creating a link to the offer that can be opened by customers. By opening the link the customer can review the data, and when happy with the offer, accept it, which creates an order that can be paid as usual.

We count on your experience when it comes to creating and processing offers, and would like to involve you in our decision-making process for the details of this feature.
