In addition to opening up new sales channels, efficiency and cost-effectiveness are key drivers for e-commerce growth. Today, some workflows can already be partially or fully automated with the help of processes and event procedures.
plentyFlow, as our future solution for Smart Automation, will be used in many areas of the system in addition to order processing. A simple setup via drag-and-drop user interface, as well as higher traceability through a structured flowchart and detailed logging will make plentyFlow stand out and, paired with high performance, deliver major added value.
In Operating Plan II 2023 we will work to
add further order triggers, filters and actions
We extend the functionality range by relevant use cases in order to provide secure, and easy to handle workflows. Therefore we also look at how to prevent misconfigurations and implement reasonable notifications.
monitor, qualify and implement features and fixes based on data and feedback from the open beta phase
In order to provide the best user experience we look deep into use cases and how we can improve current functionality to meet our customer needs even better.
provide a plentyFlow Status UI
The Status UI will give users information and data on flow runs. Users will be able to check how often and when their (active) flows were executed, if they ran into errors or could be executed properly.
