We're excited to be working on a new feature that gives customers the ability to independently restore their deleted orders — no more waiting on support.
Previously, restoring a deleted order required contacting our support team, leading to unnecessary delays and effort on both sides. With our planned solution, system administrators will gain access to a dedicated view where all deleted orders are listed, making it easy to restore them with just a few clicks.
To ensure flexibility and data hygiene, we’re also introducing a configurable setting that allows you to automatically and permanently delete orders after a defined retention period.
This feature is designed to save time, increase efficiency, and give merchants greater control over their data.
