Chatbot: Improvement of Answer Quality

The AI-based chatbot is available directly in the software backend as the first point of contact for quick and concise support. The chatbot accesses our knowledge database and answers frequently asked questions based on our manual to provide immediate help on the spot, around the clock. 

Monitoring the current open beta testing phase, we've made significant progress in terms of answer quality, and we’re fully committed to making it a satisfying and helpful tool for all users. Additionally, we are working to further enhance the first-level support in your backend through the following.

  • User Feedback Integration: Your feedback is invaluable for improving support quality. We are carefully reviewing all suggestions and observations shared by users of the chatbot to ensure the tool meets your needs. For further development, the implementation of the thumbs up / thumbs down functionality is extremely helpful.

  • Performance Measurement: Our team is rigorously measuring response times and answer quality to pinpoint areas for improvement.

  • Enhancing User Experience: Based on feedback and performance data, we are making targeted updates to ensure the chatbot delivers quick, accurate, and helpful responses.

While we continue measuring response times, the current focus lies on improving the accuracy of the answers.
