We are happy to introduce inline table editing for two of our major UIs: Messenger and Contact UI! This update brings both interfaces in line with the new standard for overview UIs, providing a consistent, efficient, and user-friendly experience across our platform.

With inline table editing, you can now make updates quickly and easily directly in the table view. This means you can change a customer's address directly in the contact overview without having to switch to the detailed view. This makes managing customer data and tasks faster and more efficient. The type and status of a conversation can also be easily adjusted in the overview in Messenger. This saves times and you can focus on the essentials!
