OTTO carries out updates to the individual API interfaces at regular intervals and provides these with a six-month lead time parallel to the existing version. We want to make sure that you can list your products flawlessly and without downtime and therefore switch to the latest version.

Changes to Products v5

The new version enables the maintenance of GPSR-relevant data in much greater detail. In addition to manufacturer data, EU-relevant persons can now also be maintained.

Previously you could only maintain one address, that of the manufacturer, but with Products v5 you can maintain several addresses with different roles. This means that we will include new fields in the catalog for maintaining the EU-relevant person. Important information: For OTTO, the EU relevant person is mandatory as a minimum for listing products. Entering the manufacturer's address is optional.
