To ensure the reliability of the eBay integration, we’re addressing a common issue where access tokens provided by eBay unexpectedly become invalid before their stated expiration time. This can cause critical marketplace operations—such as listing updates and stock synchronization—to silently fail without the customer being aware.

Currently, these token issues are not visible anywhere in the PlentyONE system, making it difficult for customers to take timely action and risking lost sales and outdated data on the platform. Feedback from both support and customers has confirmed the need for improved transparency and faster visibility into these failures.
