We are happy to announce the development of a new integration for DHL and related services! Currently, Shop customers can already select DHL as a fulfilment provider during the checkout process. However, enhanced DHL services such as Location Finder, DHL Preferred Delivery, and Packstation are yet to be implemented.

To streamline the experience, we’re unifying the functionalities of the DHL Shipping Plugin and the DHL Preferred Delivery Plugin into a preinstalled module for your Shop. This will make it easier than ever to configure, use, and offer these services, ensuring maximum usability for both you and your customers.

• Preferred Delivery:
  Customers can choose delivery times or locations that suit their schedule, leading to fewer missed deliveries and a better shopping experience.
  Businesses benefit from higher customer satisfaction and fewer returns caused by missed deliveries.

• Location Finder:
  Helps customers quickly locate nearby DHL drop-off and pick-up points, making shipping and receiving packages more convenient.
  For businesses, this enhances trust and provides a smoother post-purchase experience.

• Packstation:
  Enables customers to have their parcels delivered to secure lockers, offering flexibility for pickup at any time.
  Businesses gain access to a broader customer base, including those who prefer non-home delivery options.
