By sharing your thoughts, you help us continuously fine-tune the chatbot to meet real needs, making it a more helpful tool for everyone. Your experiences, questions, and suggestions are what drive our focus, ensuring that the chatbot grows in ways that truly support you.
Different Types of Feedback
Your feedback is essential for the further development of the chatbot tool. However, providing feedback has so far, required multiple steps by needing to open the dedicated forum category and creating a meaningful feedback message. This is a good way for complex feedback that might open discussions, since you can interact with plentysystems supporters as well as other customers and discuss your needs. For feedback where you do not want to open a discussion, but simply say if you liked the chatbot answer or not, a faster option for giving feedback would be beneficial.
The fast way of giving Feedback
To enhance our chatbot even further, we’re excited to announce an upcoming feature: a feedback option on chatbot answers! Soon, each response from the chatbot will include thumbs up and thumbs down icons, allowing you to give direct feedback on how helpful the response is. Feedback can be submitted on each chatbot answer. Feedback can also be overwritten by giving feedback to the same response again. This feedback will help us refine our chatbot, improving its accuracy and relevance to ensure a better experience for users.
The forum category will be kept open even after the beta phase has been completed, as a platform for feature requests, questions and a place to give detailed feedback.
