All retailers and brands interested in joining the XXXLutz online marketplace must fulfil the following requirements, among others:
Registered office, dispatch of goods and bank account within the European Union
German VAT number or participation in the OSS procedure of the European Union
EAN codes for all products offered
German-speaking customer service
Commitment to a free 30-day right of return for end customers
